Our customer contacted us regarding a stale property on their books.
Upon our inspection we noted that the property was in disarray and was in need of a full renovation to increase its sale-ability
We suggested the removal of the upstairs walls to create an open plan feel. To install a new kitchen and canteen area, male and female bathrooms and disabled toilet. The installation of new flooring and fire doors throughout. We also installed a new fire alarm system and brought the office block up to standard with a full re-wire throughout.
We delivered this 1000 sqm project in 3 months.
